At rentbeachgearcabo, we aim to make your beach gear rental experience easy, fast, and hassle-free. Below you’ll find our simple step-by-step rental process.

📝 1. How to Make a Reservation

You can reserve any of our products through the following options:

  • Directly on our website
  • By phone call
  • By message (WhatsApp or e-mail)

Once your booking is completed, you will promptly receive an automatic email confirmation. Subsequently, and prior to your delivery date, a member of our team will contact you (via email or phone) to personally reconfirm all the details and coordinate logistics.

🚚 2. Delivery & Pickup — NO CHARGE

  • All rented items are delivered to the address you provide at the time of booking.
  • We also handle pickup when your rental period ends.
  • There is no delivery or pickup fee — delivery and pickup are FREE.
  • Delivery and pickup are scheduled for the agreed date and time.

💳 3. Payment Method

  • The full payment for all rental days is due at the time of delivery.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Debit card
    • Credit card
    • Cash

🪪 4. Customer Identification Requirement

  • Upon receiving the equipment, the customer must present a valid official photo ID, such as:
    • Driver’s license
    • Passport
    • Government-issued ID
  • A copy of the ID will be taken as a guarantee during the rental period.

  • The customer agrees to take proper care of the rented equipment and return it in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Any damage or loss will be the customer’s responsibility according to our policies.
